You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. How to request

Email support@rardigital.site with the email address used at checkout and your order details. Please tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the checkout provider. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the product and its license are revoked.

5. Exceptions

We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds or redistribution of the product.
